The University of Beira Interior (UBI), in Portugal, has been establishing itself as a landmark institution in education, research, innovation, business, entrepreneurship, and informatics. University of Patras is the third largest University in Greece in terms of students, faculty members, administrative personnel, number of departments and degrees awarded. It includes 35 Departments covering a wide range of disciplines. It also hosts 161 laboratories and 17 fully equipped clinics.

Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (USV) is one of the most dynamic higher education institutions in Eastern Europe, with a tradition of over 60 years in the field. Board of Directors has given UNICERT accreditation in the field of professional qualification certification. The certification experience of our executives helps us figure out what our partners need and give it to them. Our examination system was developed by the company's development team and the University of Piraeus' Research Centre. Pythia wants to help improve high-volume integration of different types of medical data and AI for digital health transformation. UNICERT S.A. has 1.900 authorized affiliate centers in Greece. ISOB is a private organisation for research, development and evaluation with a substantial experience in internal evaluation and quality assurance processes of development projects relevent to entrepreneurship, migration management, workplace learning and digital skills development. Based in Regensburg/Bavaria, ISOB is a member of the German Society for Evaluation (DGEVAL) and works according to internationally accepted evaluation standards. 

Furthermore, ISOB developed an expertise in managing health-related   technology development projects, namely the “Bayern Innovativ“ project PeCall   (subcontracted) “Personalised E Call“ (automotive) and the Erasmus+ project“HealthCom Simulator“. ISOB is member of the Bavarian Cluster of the Sensors Technology, which is a cross cutting key technology for the health   sector. ISOB has implemented more than 60 national and international projects  as Internal Evaluation and Quality Assurance leading partner. 

ISOB will lead   the Internal Evaluation and Quality Assurance of the project (WP8). 

Centre For Education and Entrepreneurship Support (CWEP) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2004 by a group of entrepreneurs, teachers and social activists from Rzeszów, Poland. CWEP cooperates with businesses and educational institutions. The mission of CWEP is to increase the quality of education training at all levels and in all its forms, as well as to promote entrepreneurship in order to foster integration of any social group, regardless of their gender, age or ethnic origin. Particularly, the aims are to improve accessibility, quality and efficiency of education of all people, to promote and contribute to adult education, life-long learning, e-learning and the usage of new technologies in education and entrepreneurship. The Association works with many partners from Europe in order to strengthen the economic position of enterprises and provides on-line platforms for companies.
